SolidBids provides exterior cleaning and pressure washing services, including but not limited to:

- House washing

- Driveway cleaning

- Sidewalk cleaning

- Patio cleaning

- Deck cleaning

- Fence cleaning

- Roof cleaning

- Commercial exterior cleaning

- Other related pressure washing services

All services are subject to availability and site conditions.

2. Estimates and Pricing

Any quote or estimate provided by SolidBids is based on the information available at the time.

Final pricing may change if:

- The size of the area is different than expected

- The condition of the surface requires additional work

- Additional services are requested

- The property has limited access or other site-related issues

SolidBids reserves the right to adjust pricing before starting work if necessary.

3. Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointments are scheduled based on availability.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice.

SolidBids reserves the right to reschedule services due to:

- Weather conditions

- Equipment issues

- Unsafe working conditions

- Unexpected scheduling conflicts

4. Property Access and Customer Responsibilities

By booking service, you agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property.

Before service, the customer is responsible for:

- Providing access to the areas being cleaned

- Ensuring a working water source is available (required)

- Closing all windows and doors securely

- Removing or securing fragile or valuable items

- Keeping children and pets away from the work area

SolidBids is not responsible for delays or issues caused by inaccessible service areas.

5. Surface Conditions and Pre-Existing Damage

Pressure washing and exterior cleaning can expose pre-existing damage or surface wear.

SolidBids is not responsible for damage related to pre-existing conditions, including but not limited to:

- Loose or damaged siding

- Cracked or damaged concrete

- Loose mortar or brick

- Peeling paint

- Rotten wood

- Loose deck boards

- Damaged roofing materials

- Improperly sealed surfaces

- Oxidized or aged surfaces

By accepting service, you acknowledge that cleaning may reveal defects that already existed before service began.

6. Results Disclaimer

While SolidBids works to provide high-quality results, we do not guarantee that every stain, discoloration, buildup, rust mark, oil mark, or organic stain can be completely removed.

Results may vary depending on:

- Surface age

- Surface material

- Severity of staining

- Previous maintenance

- Environmental conditions

7. Payment Terms

50% of Payment is due upfront and 50% is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We may accept payment by methods approved by SolidBids.

Late or unpaid balances may result in:

- Late fees

- Collection efforts

- Refusal of future service

8. Refunds

Because services are performed on-site and involve labor and equipment costs, refunds are not guaranteed.

If you are unsatisfied with the service, you must contact SolidBids within 48 hours of service completion.

We will review the issue and, at our discretion, may offer a touch-up, partial refund, or other reasonable resolution.

9. Limitation of Liability

SolidBids shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.

Our total liability for any claim related to services provided shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service performed.

10. Website Use

By using our website, you agree not to:

- Use the website for any unlawful purpose

- Attempt to interfere with website functionality

- Submit false or misleading information

- Copy or reuse website content without permission

11. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number through our website or forms, you agree to receive SMS messages from SolidBids, which may include:

- Appointment reminders

- Service updates

- Customer support messages

- Message frequency may vary.

- Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

Your phone number will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
